Pure Fitness...

Well, I did something today that I have never done before...I joined a gym. It's called Pure Fitness and my roomate Ashlie goes there, so I got signed up and I'm pretty excited about it. But, who doesn't get excited about starting something new. Ashlie has been doing it for a couple weeks now... so hopefully we can keep each other motivated.

I had to fill out a little form before I took my 'tour' and one of the questions was "Does your spouse know that you are considering a excercise program and what does he/she think of it?" My response was..."Maybe joining this gym will help with that whole 'spouse' issue."

This cartoon reminded me of being in college when the apartment decided to do Tae Bo after we got home from the early morning job and by the end of the tape it was guaranteed that at least one of us ... usually me.... was sitting and watchin the video....and Murph never wore a bra.

Good times....

This one goes out to Sarah...

I have already been hastled this morning for not updating my blog since...Monday. I do believe there are worse blog offenders out there....Nevertheless, here I am.
I did a bit of grocery shopping yesterday and I got this delicious watermelon for only $1.99 (I think that was a pretty good deal...I hope it was but I've never bought one before so I just don't know). I do love me some watermelon...although as most of you may not be aware of...I used to HATE watermelon. HATED IT. Truth. So as I was cutting this one couldn't help but think of my best friend Sarah and how she love love LOVES THEM! So this one goes out to her.... May there be many fresh and juicy watermelon at her table this summer.

I'm back...

Let me explain...I have had no internet connection in this house until Saturday. That is why I have not blogged in a while. But, I have had lots of ideas in my head these past couple weeks...so be prepared for a plethora of blogs...

I thought I'd start off with some pictures of the new place...

1. This obviously isn't where I live now...well I suppose that might not be so obvious if you've never been to my apartment in Nauvoo. The point is...this is how I moved out of my apartment. I tied a rope to my laundry basket and lowered it out my laundry room window. I moved probably 75% of my stuff out this way.

2. This is the 'storage' room in the house. The pile closes to the camera is my roomate Catharines...she is into anime and that is her drawing stuff. That far pile with the blue tub is my craft stuff. 3. These next few photos are of the living room. It is really big ... the whole house is really spacious.

4. These next ones are of mine and Ashlie's bedroom. I'm actually standing in our bathroom to take that first piture. So, ya, we have a connected bathroom that just me and her share...that is really nice.

5. And here is the kitchen and dining room. Again...very big and there is tons of room. The kitchen and dining room is actually one big room.

So, that's the new house. There are four of us living here. Me and Ashlie share a room. Then there is Catherine and Alice. Catherine is into video games and anything Japanese. She has a fiance (who is not Japanese f.y.i.) and he is over alot. His name is Tim and he seems really nice.
Alice likes to read and pretty much never leaves her bedroom. Sometimes we don't see her for days in a row...and her van never moves......curious.....
I don't have a job yet....I did have an interview the other day...and I will probably get that job, but it doesn't give me very many hours a week so I am still looking for something else.
So that is that. I haven't really done anything exciting yet...but I am planning on attending the American Idol Top Ten Tour that will be in Glendale on July 1st. Ashlie and Alayna are coming (Ashlie isn't too happy about that but I agreed to go to a Butch Walker concert with her the next week, so she puts on a good front about the whole thing).
Like I said I have lots of blogs floating around in my head...so check back soon and check back often.

Apologies and worries...

I am sorry that I've been a little behind on my blogging. I have some valid excuses.
#1 - Sarah and her adorable family was in town and I spent alot of time with them. Her kids loved me...and that made not packing very much worth it.
#2 - When I wasn't with Sarah I was packing. It is the most overwhelming thing I've ever taken on...I have no idea how I am going to do this...I leave in 3 days and my stuff still isn't all packed and all I can think about is what if my stuff doensn't all fit in my trailer...what if my picture frames all break...what if my candles melt...what if I get such horrible gas mileage that I go broke just driving out to Arizona...what if I forgot something...and worst of all...what if this happens........

...help...
