30: When were the happiest days of your life

Yes my heart has been broken; most recently when my horrid sister Tacy implied that my mom is the only one who reads my blog anymore.   I'm sure there are one or two other people (Jillian and Nikki) who continue to follow my pathetic updates of a rather ordinary life.  (Even though I hardly post anything that we've been doing lately.  Maybe I'll change that soon and post some family updates).  It does seem silly sometimes, blogging.  I talk to someone in my family practically every day, so it's not like they are dying to read my updates on here.  And anything that's unusual or funny or out of the ordinary I put on facebook.  I've thought about deleting my facebook...letting everyone know about my blog and if they wanted to keep up with me they could.  But, lets be honest, I have a facebook and keep up with it mostly to keep track of the crazies and to have something to gossip about with my real friends ;)  I've gotten really bad at checking out every ones blogs too.  Lots of people have stopped updating so much because of things like Instagram.  I love instagram!  It's so easy to show a quick fun picture of what's happening without having to upload it to the blog or facebook.
Anyway...
So, yes, I believe I've had my heart broken before.  I look back and none of the situations mean anything to me now, but I don't think I should diminish those feelings just because I was younger.  At the time I think my heart truly was broken.  Naturally, it 'breaks my heart' to hear sad stories of kids who are in horrible situations, or puppies that get hurt, or school shootings and things like that. So, yes, my hearts been broken, but nothing I haven't been able to get over quickly.

I don't care if I AM the only one who reads it (which I am sure I'm not...Tacy obviously reads it, she just doesn't comment, you better not give it up. This is only way I can find out little interesting things you are thinking; things you wouldn't just bring up in a normal conversation. So keep it up!
