I am officially announcing that I am going to vacation in Hawaii. I know it is going to cost some money...but that is my goal. This is my open invitation that anyone who want to come with me is more than welcome.

I'd LOVE LOVE LOVE to go!! If I'll be able to work it out with the kids or not, I'm not sure (and Steven would probably insist on coming too, if that's okay (not to mention we're trying to pay off student loans before doing anything extravagant)). When were is your goal date? Our bishop and his wife just did a hawiian cruise. I thought that would be the best way to do it. All your sleeping arrangments, food, and travel are paid for!! I'm not completely sure, but I think they flew to Hawaii and then got on the boat. Then would spend a couple days at each island. Anyway, it might be a cheaper way to go.
While I am not likely to do either of said things, especially the last one(s), that does look like a fabulous place to go. I wish you luck in your greenback saving endeavors.
Ok...we can do it if you give us another 10 years to save, but by then we will be too old to travel. You will have to bring us back a pineapple or something.

Well... I lost my head a little when I saw the Polynesian hunks dancing.... I guess I'll have to settle for a shuffle down the hall to put my father to bed. Sorry! Sigh... such a nice thought.
